Severnside Park

The site was re-landscaped in 2017.  A summer wildflower meadow bank was created along the frontage and new herbaceous borders, a large 
lawn and picnic benches were added for the tenants to enjoy.

The Site

Severnside Park is a small industrial estate, overlooking the River Severn in the village of Epney, Gloucestershire. Most of the units are light industrial with one new purpose-built office & laboratory. 

Information for Tenants

Hours

Site operating hours are 
8 am - 6 pm Monday - Saturday.
In practice the gates are unlocked by the first to arrive and locked at 6 pm. If working outside of these hours please keep the gates locked and noise to a minimum to avoid causing any nuisance to our neighbours in the village.
Waste Removal

Please put empty plastic bottles, drinks cans, cardboard, paper and recyclable plastic in the recycling bin and not in the rubbish bin.
Please put food, crisp packets, tissue and polystyrene in the rubbish bin.
Glass bottles and jars must be disposed of by tenants.
The site bins are for site waste only - domestic or off-site waste is not to be brought onto the site.

CCTV

The site has continuous recording  from eight HD CCTV cameras. 
If you have concerns about any activity on the site please contact us ASAP as the back-up is not retained indefinitely.
